Returns & Refund Policy

1. Returns
1.1. You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.3. To initiate a return, please contact us at allbaggedoutshop@gmail.com to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.

2. Refunds
2.1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
2.2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Exchanges
3.1. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at [customer service email] to request an exchange. Please include your order number and details of the exchange in your email.
3.2. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item and receive the exchanged item.

4. Return Shipping
4.1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.2. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at allbaggedoutshop@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
